NuuHealth Medical Centre is the GP arm of NuuSkin clinic, offering bulk billing services in Sydney CBD. As the clinic expanded into general practice, they needed a dedicated page that matched their existing brand while serving a completely different kind of patient. We designed, built, and wrote the content for the entire page.
Aimee came to us with the essential details, billing policy, consultation hours, and services covered, and trusted us to shape it into a page that worked. There was no back and forth. We presented the first version and she approved everything. That level of trust comes from an ongoing relationship built on understanding what the clinic needs before being asked.
The Challenge
A GP patient visits a page with a very different mindset to someone browsing a cosmetic clinic. They are not exploring. They have a specific need and want answers fast: am I eligible, what does it cost, when can I come in, how do I book. Every second spent hunting for that information is friction that costs a booking.
The Solution
We put the most critical information at the top: billing policy, opening hours, and a direct booking link, all visible before the patient scrolls. For the services section, we chose simple icons over imagery to keep the page scannable and reduce visual noise. The content was written to be clear and direct, no filler, no jargon.
The branding stays consistent with NuuSkin, same colors and typography, but the page has a noticeably different feel. Functional over atmospheric, because that is what this patient needs.
