NuuSkin is a premium medical aesthetics clinic in Sydney CBD. When Aimee came to us, her clinic was thriving but her website wasn't keeping up. We led the full redesign, from visual identity through to development, to build something that finally matched the standard of care she delivers in person.
The Brief
Aimee knew the old site felt generic and template-like, not representative of the premium clinic she had built. She came with a logo, a color palette inspired by the ocean-toned wallpaper in her physical space, and a clear sense of the feeling she wanted. We explored a few directions before landing on the right one, a clean and structured look that strikes the balance NuuSkin needed: premium and inviting, but with the authority you expect from a medical clinic.
The Challenge
NuuSkin offers an extensive range of treatments, and the old site made it hard to navigate. Everything was presented at the same level with no clear hierarchy, making it difficult for patients to find what they were looking for and take the next step.
The Solution
We reorganised the entire service offering into four clear pillars, women's health, men's health, advanced treatments, and IV therapy, and built that structure into both the navigation and a central service hub. For treatments that serve multiple demographics, we used anchor linking to take patients directly to the section most relevant to them. Less friction, faster path to booking.
Build & Scalability
Beyond the visual redesign, we custom-built the platform in Webflow to ensure long-term scalability and operational efficiency. We implemented CMS collections to manage their extensive library of specialized medical equipment and blog content, allowing the NuuSkin team to easily expand their service offerings as the clinic grows.
We also integrated Chaty for quick WhatsApp access and connected HotDoc throughout the site for seamless online booking, so the site works as a real business tool, not just a brochure.
