NuuSkin is a premier medical aesthetics clinic in Sydney, defined by clinical precision and high-end patient care. The challenge was to translate their extensive list of specialized treatments into a digital experience that feels both comprehensive and effortless. I led the redesign and development, transforming a content-heavy site into a streamlined, high-conversion platform that mirrors the calm and professional atmosphere of the NuuSkin clinic.
To translate our strategic foundations into a tangible digital experience, we focused on the rhythm and flow of information. By utilizing a structured, architectural layout, we ensured that the clinic’s clinical authority is balanced with a high-end, inviting aesthetic across the entire patient journey.

The Problem
With an extensive menu of treatments, ranging from specialized health consultations to advanced regenerative medicine, NuuSkin faced a common challenge: "information overload." The previous site felt cluttered, making it difficult for patients to find exactly what they were looking for among the many clinical options.
The Solution
We engineered a strategic information hierarchy that organizes the clinic's diverse offerings into four intuitive pillars: Women's Health, Men's Health, Advanced Treatments, and IV Therapy. To make the browsing experience effortless, we implemented a segmented navigation strategy within the main service dropdowns and the central service hub. This allows visitors to identify the right path for their needs immediately, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery to consultation.
For treatments that serve multiple demographics, we utilized precise anchor linking to ensure that when a user selects a service from a specific category, they are directed to the exact section tailored to their concerns. This thoughtful architecture eliminates unnecessary clicks and content redundancy, delivering a highly personalized digital journey. By streamlining complex information, we created a high-performance platform that mirrors the meticulous, one-on-one care provided in-clinic at NuuSkin.
Scalability & Efficiency
Beyond the visual redesign, we custom-built the platform in Webflow to ensure long-term scalability and operational efficiency. We implemented CMS collections to manage their extensive library of specialized medical equipment and blog content, allowing the NuuSkin team to easily expand their service offerings as the clinic grows.
To bridge the gap between browsing and booking, we integrated Chaty as a floating icon to provide immediate connect to WhatsApp and NuuSkin’s social media, meeting the specific communication preferences of their local clientele. Furthermore, we ensured a seamless connection to their third-party booking system, transforming the website into a high-performance business tool that streamlines the entire patient acquisition process
